It is often a debate amongst yoga teachers if music is appropriate for yoga. Like everything...music in yoga has a time and a place. This is the time and this is the place for me to share some of my favorite songs I play during class. This is not a complete list by any means but it is a start and one of many music posts. Enjoy!
